We are beyond excited to share some amazing news: The Valiant has been featured in Urban List! It’s an incredible honor to be recognized by such a fun and credible publication, and we couldn’t be more excited to spread the word about our unique cocktail bar.

THE VERDICT

 

Urban List has unveiled our hidden gem to the world with their latest feature. They perfectly captured the essence of The Valiant, describing it as a new discotheque-themed cocktail bar hidden in a CBD car park. And yes, we are indeed hidden. The best clue we can give you? Look for the striking Danielle Webber mural nearby—you can’t miss it (or maybe you can, depending on your sleuthing skills).

 

A Masterpiece by Simon Kouba

 

Put into the talented hands of Simon Kouba, the brain behind Flour Child (you know, that amazing pizza joint in St Kilda), The Valiant is designed to impress. With plush seating, a sleek marble bar, and an exclusive cocktail menu, it’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a night out.

Signature Drinks & Delectable Bites

 

Urban List highlighted our signature drinks, including Mona’s Secret and The Gatsby. They nailed it when they said this place is bougie! But it’s not just about the drinks. You can also savor delicious bites like burrata doc with tomato cinnamon sugo, focaccia, and balsamic glaze, or a spicy mortadella panino—all while enjoying the shimmering ambiance created by our 100 (yes, we counted them) disco balls.
